Dubbed the Jesolo Magica, the structure is meant both as a eye catcher for anyone visiting but also as a major gateway into town. It features a 5 star hotel, two story retail complex, offices, a congress hall, a gym, a nightclub and a restaurant that boasts amazing views of the nearby gardens.
My name is Nicola and I am an administrator of Jesolo.
We are proud to "accommodate" in our touristic city an ArchiStair work of Zaha Hadid.
We agreed with the ownership of quality futuristic action and these renderings speak for themselves.
Let me point out one of the objectives (last pic) related to the environment and the magical Venetian scenery: the two large terraces allow you to admire the sea, the peaks of the Dolomites, the beautiful lagoon Venice.

Through their ownership that has kept the promises.

It's Magic!
